As advances in genomics, data science and artificial intelligence reshape the future of medicine, collaboration between healthcare providers, researchers, policymakers, industry and citizens becomes more important than ever.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The <a href=\"https:\/\/www.i3s.up.pt\/event.php?v=420\" data-type=\"link\" data-id=\"https:\/\/www.i3s.up.pt\/event.php?v=420\">North.PT Precision Medicine Meeting on Medical Genomics<\/a>, that will take place on <strong>November 27th 2026, at i3S<\/strong>, brings together leading national and international experts to discuss the strategic, scientific and clinical dimensions of Medical Genomics. Throughout the meeting, participants will explore how genomic medicine can be effectively integrated into healthcare systems, supported by robust data infrastructures, interdisciplinary training, innovation ecosystems and sustainable public policies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This event also provides a unique opportunity to reflect on the priorities for the future of genomic medicine in Portugal and Europe. Through keynote presentations, roundtable discussions and an open debate involving clinical leaders from across the Northern Region, we aim to identify practical pathways to accelerate the implementation of precision medicine and maximise its benefits for patients and society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The meeting is organised within the framework of the Bridges4Health Platform for Regional Smart Specialisation, which has identified Precision Medicine as one of its strategic domains for strengthening innovation, scientific excellence and health outcomes in the
