What personal data are collected/processed during my use of our website, why and who will have access to it?

This website will provide links to other websites where the collection of personal data (for example: name, email, affiliation) may take place, for instance, through contact or registration forms (when completed and submitted by the user), in order to manage registrations in events, to respond to requests about activities, and to facilitate networking with partners.

In these cases, the project managers of the Bridges4Health consortium – i3S, Centro Académico Clínico de Braga (2CA-Braga), UCIBIO and CBQF from Universidade Católica Portuguesa will have access to the data collected in those forms.

In addition, this website collects general data of visitors for analysis through Google Analytics: namely IP address, Geographic location, Pages Visited, User activity on the page (time per page, downloads made, clicks), and how users arrived at the page. General traffic analysis data is stored by Google Analytics and is therefore subject to its privacy policies.

How long do you keep my data?

Your data will only be kept for the minimum period necessary for the purposes that led to their collection or subsequent processing, after which they will be deleted.

How securely is my data stored?

Any personal data collected on this website will be processed by i3S with the guarantees of security and confidentiality, as required by the Laws that regulate the Protection of Personal Data.
